So i regressed a bit yest, had some ras malai and some cake.
Today was my 1 week weigh in and i was down 4.5 lbs. I am sure most of it is water weight but it was still nice to see the scale go down Alhamd. I guess ia m not really doing SBD anymore, its a more modified version of it to suit my needs.
Ruiner, i love baked goods too. I just LOVE baking in general. But for now, i am not baking at all. Eventually i am going to figure out how to reduce sugar in the baked goods and use fruits instead. My goal is to train myself to enjoy fruits as dessert instead of muffins and pastries etc.
Fatso, SBD is easy to do i think. Your fiance can maybe eat salads, vegetables etc and hold the creamy sauces that go with them. Just order them steamed with non fried fish. It could work but it might take some planning in advance.

I usually love baked goods as in from the bakery hehehe. Luckily I don't like baking or cooking.
This woman at work does not eat any sugar at all. She even bakes without sugar. I'll ask her what she uses.
so ira how much have u lost uptill now...?r u still on SBD or distracted?
