South Beach diet group

This thursday i am going to start on the south beach diet.

Some say its good some say its bad.I personally thinks that,first week is unhealthy,but second and third phase is good…

Basically its three phases.
Phase one is about 14 days..its not allowed to eat carbs at all.
You can loose 4-6 kg.

Phase two is about adding carbs slowly into your diet,in 6 weeks.
You can loose 0,5-1 kg(recommended)

Phase three is for maintain your weight.
