You know Sara. I totally get that. That's why I don't make too big a fuss and try to eat enough to satisfy even the most generous of aunties.

But for some people, they can't relax. Depending on the nature of their health problem, they have to stay on a very specific diet regime. Diabetics for example. And STILL people don't get it. They think you should lighten up for one day and it won't do any harm. But it can be harmful.

Plus, isn't a part of relaxing being able to freely pick and choose how much and what you want to eat?

^why don't as soon as u r nearly done u leave the table or the area n get involved with something else?that might divert their attention to someone else.

leave aunties our friends do that.i mean we can't visit their house unless we eat with them.even though u tell them just had a meal.they'll insist to hav some more food.
