WOW!!! I went to sleep when the rain came. Absolutely gobsmacked. Woke up this morning and quickly checked the score to find out by how many we had lost and couldnt believe my eyes.

With Ireland wining today and Windies winning their last match it will be 6 points each for these teams before Pak V Ireland. Now if that match was to be rained off Ireland will go through to QF along with Pak and Windies will be going home.

Stupid Waqat Younus left Press Conference when asked about Sarfaraz’s performance. He was asked that you said Sarafaraz does not have technique now what?

Instead of accepting his mis judgement he left the conference by saying k yee ahmiqana sawal hai.

on the contrary, he was asked if Sarfaraz’s consistent exclusion was due to political reasons.. That was a stupid question but Waqar should not have left.

looks guys…we pakistanis need to be careful. look at media right now…look at twitter…look at FB, waqar is being bombarded. every tom dick and harry is now in “see i told ya” mode. the fact of the matter is that waqr and misbah underestimated sarfraz and paid the price…once nasir failed, he should have been in the team ..opener or no opener but he shd be playing as he is always a better keeper than akmal

but we should not insult waqar so much in middle of the tournament from every corner that it effects the team dynamics.
