Gelatin in most supplements is from non halal meat sources unless specified.

since i have wasted my money on centrum without even consuming a single tablet...so i am quite annoyed at myself right now....any substitute brand?...

btw i bought myself centrum a to zinc ...what other brand can i use as its substitute?

Best bet is to get vegetarian ones or call the companies to confirm the source of gelatin. There are also some supplements that do not have gelatin.

Look for caplets they are for those people who do not want gelatine capsules. Nature Made has those. And I guess all big name brands should have caplets form of supplements.
Next time avoid mocking someone who is trying to help you. :mad:

if you are in UK, you can get alot of vitamins/substitutes which are vegetarian friendly from holland and barretts and Boots!
