guys…I have whole bin of sour creme sitting in my fridge for past 2 weeks. I am not sure if it has gone bad, but if I can still use it…any suggestions what I should use it for? Can it be used as dip?

You can make a gyro and use sour cream in it ... taste so yummy...
YOu can also make taco's and pur some sour cream on it... so yummy....
I would even put sour cream in Chicken Makhani. some people like to put pure cream

A friend of mine used to put onion soup mix packet (the lipton kind i think) in sour cream and serve that as a dip. Tasted pretty good to me.

You can made pineapple soufle with sour cream. That tastes yummy.
