I love chicken corn soup....pakistan chinese rest main itna aalaa milta hai...i like soup a little thick. use corn flour for that

chicken...
water....depends on how much you want the actually liquid part
corn flour...to thicken the soup
salt...to taste
chinese salt (ajeeno moto)...to taste
pepper....to taste
green/red chillies....cut into small...(you can add them in your whole soup or put them i vinegar as separately)
soya sauce...to taste (1and halftablespoon should too
method
boil the chicken and cut into small pieces (pieces depend on your taste since some people prefer big chunks and some like think peices). dont throw the water (yakhni) in which you have boiled the chicken, this can be used in your soup. add desired water in a daigchee and add your chicken. now add all the spices and other stuff. when the soup comes to boiling point add corn flour (mix corn flour with cold water and add the paste to the soup)...make sure you keep stirring the soup when adding corn flour since if you dont then u will get big lumps of corn flour in your soup...so for good 10minutes just keep stirring in the soup. and then yoiur soup becomes ready.
for garnishing you can cut red/green chillies into small and add them into vinegar andserve with the soup or directly add chilies in your soup.

Chicken corn soup is one of my fav. I make my soup in a different way. I put chicken (4 drumsticks) with some black cloves(4) and water (2liter) in a pressure cooker. I also add some salt into it. After abt 25 minutes i remove the pressure. Take the chicken/cloves out of the water. Cut or grind the chicken and put it back in the boiling water(yakhni). Add soya sauce (1/5tspn),black pepper(1/5 tspn) and ajinomoto acc to your taste. Add corn (abt 200 gr). Now while stirring put an egg(1 well beaten) in the yakhni. After 5 min you can add corn flour (abt 2 tbsp mixed in water) while stirring. On a low flame you can leave the soup for 10/15 min. I use 3 small bowls to put in green chillies/lemon juice, soya sauce and sambal.

with home made garlic bread .. totally yummy

Tiger its a really easy one ..
Take about 3 cups peas , fresh or frozen , your choice
One carrot
Quarter piece of an onion
Half a cup single cream
Chicken Stock 4 cups
Slice onion and fry it ..
Boil the chicken stock ( I normally just boil water and add the knorr chicken cubes ) ... add the onion into it , shred the carrot and add into the broth ... in a blender puree half the peas and add this into the broth .. add the rest of the peas into the broth ... let it all cook for 20 minutes in medium heat ... now add in half a cup fresh cilantro ... salt to taste , black pepper to taste , half tsp mixed herbs ...
cook for additional 10 minutes ... take it off the flame and let it cool
Then put this all in the blender and mix into a fine paste ... back into the pot, mix cream in lightly ...
Pea soup is ready to be served with Garlic bread :@:
