HOAX.

The sound is of high intensity wind & that is possible in Siberia. They didnt mention,

1) why did they drill 4.4 kilometres deep?
2) if u dig 2 kilometres , either oil or gas or water or something comes out that doesn't let u drill deeper than that.

Thanks for your input guys. I also was 99% sure that it was a hoax, however I also wanted to know if anyone heard about it and know story behind it.

There are not just high-pitched sounds which may be "high-winds" but seems like there are people talking as well. But I wouldn't consider this recording as "sounds from hell", anyone can mix audio and put them as whatever they want.
