cuz they can't let down their so called ego
So why can they not say sorry? Because of pride, ego, the belief that apologizing makes you look "weak", refusal to admit that they are wrong, insensitivity to others' feelings, lack of empathy, or they just don't understand why you're offended.

But sometimes it's to justify yourself when no one else will. Then, it's not just a word to them...it's about how if they say sorry people will think 'yeah this person was and has been in the wrong all along'. However, after saying that I know you shouldn't care what people think, but truly how many of us here can really really say that they don't give a rat's arse about what ANYONE thinks of them?

too shy
or too scared?

It's not about proving who was right an who was wrong, its about owning up yes I did make a mistake an I apologize for it.....I dont get it why people let something so small turn soo big
what strangers think of u shouldn't matter, becoz they don't know u. what the people in ur inner circle think of u thts what matters.......

I think its the people who know they are wrong who find it hard to say sorry…
If ur sorry and dont mean it then u can shove it up ur rare

When people are right and they know it, it's only then that they see no need in saying "sorry" some rare cases may never say sorry (one's with an inflated ego the size of Taj Mahal)
Sometimes the sorry is so not worth it - you genuinely don't have an interest in patching up certain things/relationships.
