Umm regular would be everyday, maybe twice or once, depending on your mood and how tired you are or not.
Oh but are you talking about married couples, or about someone who was single but dating or having a friend with benefits, or a non married couple in a long term relationship? Because I think "regular sex" is different for every couple, married or not.
