Umm regular would be everyday, maybe twice or once, depending on your mood and how tired you are or not.
Oh but are you talking about married couples, or about someone who was single but dating or having a friend with benefits, or a non married couple in a long term relationship? Because I think "regular sex" is different for every couple, married or not.

exactly, there is no norm in sex, but regular means a regular frequency, so once an hour, once a day, every three days, once a week or once a month…all mean regular!
and each couple having regular sex has his own frequency…or infrequency, in that case it is irregular sex…

sure i agree shweetdreamz. Quality falls in the equation too as you would be having sex even regularly if you are having ALOT of fun - just as I do with my husband.

I have a close desi friend who isn't very happy with his married life due to lack of interest from his gal. I hear that it is a very common issue in desi couples.

guys should remember women are more thinking and fantasing about sex, so in arranged marriage where tha gal don’t know the hubby beforehand and has no previous intimate experience, it may take long long time before she gets chance to be interested in her sex life and in her husband…

Thanks Asif, my husband isnt lucky - I am lucky to him in my life Mashallah. I love him to bits. When there is so much love between a husband and wife, then you would do anything to make them happy. I cannot keep my hands off and always touching him - lets just say he is totally irresistable. 
I guess sex is a taboo subject for many desi couples especially in Pakistan. If its taught in advance at schools, like they do here, then there wouldn’t be any hesitation amongst the couples in the future.
