Re: sorrow in eid

Re: sorrow in eid

Karachi beaches are dangerous specially in May to August
These was restriction and boards in the are to not to go in water but who cares , Sea View is worst of Karachi beaches
But who care
More than fifty thousand people were on the beaches that day
A mob out of control

Re: sorrow in eid

the problem is people don't heed to any warning signs...even if there were warning signs at the beach, people would still have come to bathe in the sea. people need to be educated.

btw, Sindh Govt. issued a warning notification on Eid day, dated 3 days back. that's negligence!

Re: sorrow in eid

I don't understand how Sindh government failed?????

Re: sorrow on eid

Since there was not suicide blast, nor any earthquake or a flood, people decided to do something on their own because there HAS TO BE something on such occassions. We are always in news for one reason or the other.

Administratively speaking, Sindh government did what it was supposed to do, but knowing the people we are, the government should have taken some extraordinary steps to seal off the whole bloody sea.

Re: sorrow in eid

according to media considering the monsoon season government posed ban from 13th june to 13th july.

and Sindh government failed in rescuing ppl lack of resource malik riaz of bahria and navy helping ppl there, this is not I am saying wht media duniya, expres news and ary reporting.

Re: sorrow in eid

That's why we need strong local governments. Our provinces are far too big for provincial governments to prevent such incidents.
