now yesterday was my frst day and whilst doing the exericses i was fine i done more cardio and then some weights etc but come evening time i was literally sore all over especially my asrms and the back of my legs
what can i do to prevent this soreness? and is it because im doing somethin wrong ??? help!!
Re: soreness after working out
continue excersizing to wear off the soreness, happens to me all the time after i start a new routine or something. Soreness will fade in a few days ![]()
Re: soreness after working out

Re: soreness after working out
It happens u just continue doing exercise and it will go away in 2 3 days
Re: soreness after working out
As everyone above said. The pain should be gone completely once the same group has been trained 2 more times, now it depends on how long one takes to be done with those 2 times. A week or 2 days. :)
Re: soreness after working out
try an ice bath. another good way to prevent muscle soreness is to make sure you get lots of protein after your workout. As others have said, to really wear off the soreness you need to work out again. Normally what i do is workout 4 days in a row and then leave the other 3 as rest days. Also note that everyone is different and has different paces with regards to working out so some people need more rest time and its about identifying a good balance for YOU. working out everyday is not recommended either cuz rest is just as important. Your muscles tear and regrow after each workout (weight training). So no your not doing anything wrong. Anyways hope that answered ur question and i realise i went off on a tangent :)
