I’ve had an itchy sore throat for the past couple of days and now its just getting insanely painful and uncomfortable, spreading and making its way into my ears… how do I cure it?
I’ve taken benadryl and cough drops and all that already… anything else I could do?

That sounds like enough medication in your system. Maybe the best thing is to sleep. Benadryl should do that for you...

Gargle with warm water.
Drink ginger tea.
Use the throat spray which has an anesthetic.
ive got the same issue skittlez along with sneezing and itchy eyes and extremely itchy ears...its driving me mad! I take piritize for hayfever and it seems to do the trick!...but yeh ear itching and throat itching is really making me go crazy!

Sounds like u have an ENT- Ear , Nose and Throat Infection- u probably need antibiotics dost- or it could be a really bad allergy... go and visit the doc!!!! Gud Luck

Go and see your Doctor if the pain is really bad.
Avoid cold food eg ice creams.
Drink enough water or herbal tea with honey, which soothes the throat.
Eat lots of fruit and plenty of foods which have vitamin C in them eg lemon, oranges etc.
I think the best cure is saline gargle. Add some salt to water, boil it and gargle it at moderate heat.
