since a month ago, I’ve been walking to school. It’s an hour and 15min walk to school and then another hour and 15 to get back home. Since I started walking to school I have had this 'pain" in the front/top part of my right foot that hasn’t gone away since the first time I had it, that is over a month ago. It’s not painful or anything, my foot just feels sore like when you walk for a long time and your feet are sore, but the soreness hasn’t gone away for over a month . I don’t walk to school everyday sometimes it’s once a week or twice.
How can I make this soreness go away?
Re: sore foot muscle
wear shoes appropriate for your arches. you probably have low arches and need a shoe with some arch support. or you have high arches and are wearing a shoe with too much arch support.
Re: sore foot muscle
Yes tt, try comfortable shoes.
Its a long freakin walk, you can go 8-10km at normal pace, Is it that far?
Use nothing but hardcore running shoes. Very light, very soft and as queer said, very spportive for your feet.
Try running room; they sell those.
hmmmmmmm, can't really buy new running shoes right now. i only have a few weeks of school left then i'll be taking the bus/driving to a different campus in the fall, so new shoes don't seem like a good investment right now.
any suggestions as to how I can reduce the soreness? foot massage? exercise?

i guess i need some arch support cause the shoes that i wear are flat in the bottom.
but it's only one foot that is sore though.
