Get your baby a milk bottle…

Re: Sore breasts
^ So why would you enter a thread that has “sore breasts” as it’s title?? What did you think it was referring to? ![]()
To the OP: your baby stopped nursing two months ago but you’re using a pump now? Were you pumping manually before? Make sure you are using the pump properly- get the right size of that plastic cover- I can’t remember the term for it now- for your nipples, and only use it for 15 - 20 minutes at a time is what I was told. You basically have to get used to it.
Why wouldn’t you enter such a titled thread? ![]()
Re: Sore breasts
Then don’t complain about nipples in the morning. Duh!
Re: Sore breasts
ouch, does BF hurt as well?
Re: Sore breasts
if baby don’t latch properly then yes, otherwise its fine
Re: Sore breasts
lol yes very much!!! BFing isnt easy especially the first time around so be prepared to seek help as much as possible.. lactation consultants are your best friends and so is lanolin cream ![]()
Re: Sore breasts
Oh noooooooooooooooo
I thought cus babies don’t have teeth it doesn’t hurt
that’s not good. How are you supposed to do it several times a day for 2 years if it’s painful?
Sorry I am derailing the thread.
It can hurt in the beginning few months, yes. But if baby is latched correctly, and you have a good flow established, then no, it doesn’t hurt. And if you are nursing past the first years you’re definitely not doing it several times a day lol.
Re: Sore breasts
Yep what she said.. It’s not the biting you need to worry about but it takes some patience and practice by both mother and child. Don’t beat yourself up trying to cope with the pain or thinking it’s supposed to be natural so why can’t I do it .. Get help as needed and inshallah it will go smooth.
Re: Sore breasts
nnabid @ dont get stressed, once ur child accepted BF then u will feel relaxed. most of the time, I want my baby to BF as much as possible. but at the time of teething, a little hard but not impossible. just enjoy wd ur baby ![]()
