Ermm... To some extent... I mean why else do they marry off their daughters so quick? Because they dont want them to find someone for their self right? Or get pregnant?
My friends getting married this year shes 20 been with her bf for 5-6 months. And she told the parents, (his fam is totally erm.. lets say backwards) And he isnt even graduated or has a decent job to provide for them both properly. And her mum quickly said yes to the rishta and now their gonna get married. When asked why so quick? Her mum replied She might end up pregnant and cause shame on my family.
