You know there is a postive side to it. Now when you give a 5000 rs note to a bikhari, he will do aaaakhthoo on the note and give it back to you.

lol BUT Shamshad akhter is a lady…its Dr shamshad akhter. she was the first female (and i guess the only female) to have been appointed for this position (governer for state bank of pakistan). she got appointed in 2006 by musharraf till 2009. before it was ishrat hussain…and currently its syed salim raza…so that note above is from 2006-2009.
