:salam:

guys i need your help. Just about 3 1/2 hours left since start of the 1st test, and i’ve been ringing sony tv asia on 08700 7669248 for the past hour and half now and at first i got through to the pre recordeed message:

“WE ARE CURRENTLY RECEIVING A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS, PLEASE CALL BACK LATER”

and now when i ring the line goes dead??? i can’t get through. i’ve cheked their website and this is the only number provided for sky customers.
can anyone help me plz, i desperately want to subscribe to the channel before 4.30 am today :(… any sort of help would be appreciated.

Same here, I have been getting that message for the last two days. Height of incompetency. :(

yes they are getting huge amount of calls. If you are on DISH, there is a long waiting list til ur card gets activated, warna if its cable it shud be fast, depends where u live. Best it to contact ur local cable operator, and not that SONY nr.

I just managed to get through and subscribed. I am on dish and they said the connection time could be anything between 5 minutes to 24 hours. Will let you know when i get connected. They are doing a special package for the cricket which is £32. Cheap deal really. :)

32POUNDS? thats good then, cuz i heard one has to subscribe for 10 months or so..so that was kind of a rip off. Kher sounds good.

Now you can watch Jassi jaisa koi nahi and Kusum too.

It has got connected now.

ANS they are doing a special cricekt package for £32 only based on credit card or direct debit. You have to ring them by 8 April to cancel the subscription, otherwise it will continue after the two months and you will be charged £9.99 for the next ten months. So be careful, ring and cancel your sub by 8 April 2005. :)

well i’ve been ringing them for the past 2 days now and no luck :smack: i got through once and the call centre rep’ told me i have to subscribe to sony for full calender year not just the 2 months i was interested in?
