Sony Ericsson T616 OR Nokia 3600?

I’m planning on purchasing a cell phone (may be tomorrow in the next few days).

I’d like to know which one’s better Sony Ericsson T616 OR Nokia 3600?

Currently, I have Nokia 3595 and I hate it.

I'd go with the Nokia just because it is more stylish and has better features. I'd buy one but it look like a girly phone. The T616 isn't bad either. Is this for T-Mobile or some other GSM network?

okkkkkkkay.. then dont get t616 dear :-)

features wise if u can live with it, no problem, its a lil better than 3595.. i would say stick with 3595 and if u DO get t616, then just make sure u are ABLE to return it after testing it..

I have the t616 :smiley:
the cam function sux alot, but besides that it s a pretty kool phone, with a good design
I use the blue tooth function alot and works just prime.
It s also a bit easier in size. It s smaller then the nokia. and the nokia’s design isn t that aswell

like Faizy bhai said, it s a3595 with a few additional features :k:

so go for the SE t616
p.s. think about the SE t700i aswell :slight_smile:
also a kool phone

Well I only dislike Nokia 3595 because of it's design. I like the way Nokia 3600 looks.

So am I still being recommended to go for T616?

I’d recommend the nokia. Blue tooth is only good if you have other blue tooth enabled devices.

I think the Nokia also takes 15 or 20 sec videos. The T616 looks like a brick to me. But both are good phones. :k:

Praetextatus, if you don't mind can you please take a few pics from t616 and post'em? I wanna see exactly what the cam quality is like?

I always rate Sony Erricson phones highly. When my current contract end I'm going back to an Ericson.

and it s a little bit more expensive then the T616.

The K700i measures a compact 46.5mm wide by 99mm deep by 19.5mm high and weighs 93g. It has a brushed aluminium finish and is described as a ‘dual front’ device: one side looks like a phone, with its 16-bit, 176-by-220-pixel TFT display, mini-joystick and keypad; the other side looks like a digital camera, with its 4X digital zoom lens.

As well as tri-band (900/1800/1900MHz) GSM and GPRS for wide-area communications, the K700i has Bluetooth and infrared for short-range wireless connectivity. Talk time is rated at 7 hours, standby time at 300 hours.

The K700i’s built-in VGA-resolution camera features a 4X digital zoom, along with a photo light for better exposure in low-light environments. You can also capture video clips to the device’s 32MB of memory. Images and clips can be distributed via MMS or email using Sony Ericsson’s QuickShare application.
