Hi guys,
I desperately need songs for my wedding video, if you guys could please list tons of songs I could use on the video it would really help.
I don’t know a lot of Hindi Songs, so please list tons and perhaps if you even have ideas about where the song should go (i.e. bride entrance, groom entrace, leaving, etc) it would also help.
I only need like the actual songs that are good for the wedding (not mendhi songs).

to be honest, and i wish i had realized this at the time of my own wedding... but wedding vids with songs look SO TACKY. its horrible i think.
better to just have really nice instrumentals... there are so many awesome cds out there with instrumental music.. hey even lounge music works great...

Khawateen i think it depends what kind of songs you put in the video... when my brother got married his wedding video had some nice songs...

Khawateen i think it depends what kind of songs you put in the video... when my brother got married his wedding video had some nice songs...
mine did too.. nothing vulgur or the wannabe rap music from bollywood movies... very nice songs.. but i dont know.. maybe its just me.. but songs picturized on me make me squirm when watching with an audience of ppl... eeeeeeeee

hey girls :),
alhamdulillah, the wedding is over and the photographer is in the process of getting us our video and pictures.
i need to compile a list of songs to use for my wedding video and photo highlights. i need songs or instrumental music ideas for cake cutting, doodh pilai rasam, jhoota chupai rasam, dinner time, rukhsati, our photoshoot.
i walked into the instrumental of jashne bahara...so that for sure is going to be one of the songs.
...any other suggestions?

hey congrats!! do u rem playing any songs on ur wedding tht u really liked?? for the enterence in the movie use the same one u same out on if u did come out to a song...i know thts not much help but hope it helps a bit and plz do share pix of wedding...btw how did it all go? hope u had an excellent time and everything went smoothly

nabz, which videographer did you use? They usually have song lists you can choose from.

how about the entrance song used on mehndi and valima? just realized u worite tht u walked in to instrumental music on the day of the baarat even though u can still use tht but if not then like mahismart suggested y not ask the videographer to give u a few choices and choose the one u like.

i'll ask the videographer for suggestions. he just said if there were any specific songs we wanted, we should send them to him. any songs you girls thing would go nicely with the video?

Cake cutting: Traditionally, many brides have used “The Bride Cuts the Cake” (to the tune of The Farmer in the Dell). Can’t think of an Urdu song for cake cutting but here is a list of English songs that you can use with lyrics or just music:
