Before uploading any MP3 files of famous ‘western singers’, thought, I should check with Administration first on piracy issues.
How vulnerable GS or TOPP and its members will be to a lawsuit if we (as a member) upload songs?
Although, posting/uploading music is limited to GS member’s only but downloading is wide open to the world.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any clear guidelines about what members should do and what is the policy on these issues? Please shed some light on it as soon as you can.

GUPSHUP does not condone copyright violations. Please do not post any material which is copy-protected or where you do not have the legal rights. Any material posted can be downloaded by anyone, and we can not take responsibility for that either.
If a copyright-holder complains to the GUPSHUP Admin that their material is posted on GUPSHUP, we shall take it off, as soon as possible.
By the way, this is nothing new. It is all mentioned in our Rules of Registration, which all members agree to when becoming a member.
