Act of few can’t be blamed on whole army…

The only point is, if This particular army general have focused more on eliminating terrorists and cross border smuggling then it was possible this guy and taseer couldn’t be shifted to Afghanistan..

Unfortunately these criminal acts without accountability are committed by few who control the whole army.
