Its nothing to worry about - there are periods of depression in every normal person' life
They come and go away - no big deal.
Most of the time we dont even know what the depression is about :)

It was revealed at the time when Prophet:saw: felt depression…
a particular ayah traslation of which is “whatever is comming (aakhira) is better than present” is the essence of the surah…

i was reciting Quran and i read that
Agar Allah CHAHTA tou (ESA, JESUS) ke hawariyon ke dil mai daal deta" and there are so many ayaz like these in Quran...
if Allah can put something in peopl'e heart just like that then why does he blame people or punishes them????

because perhaps, we don’t read Quran in context.
If Allah will, then… means ALLAH did not want it because people did not deserve it due to their own actions.
Same case is with the ayah when it is said: “Whomever ALLAH wishes, gives him/her guidance and whomever he wishes, He make them astray”
That is not the correct translation of the arabic either. unfortunately, you lose the originality of the context in the translation. Grammar of the ayah in arabic suggests that ALLAH give guidance to those who themselves want to be guided and whomsoever wants to go astray, ALLAH does not guide sucha person.
It’s all about free will. Hence, the day of judgement.
