I need advice on how to completely wake myself up in the morning. I used to get some benefit from tea but now I’ve gotten used to it. And I can’t drink coffee due to the weather.
Is there any natural way to overcome the morning laziness?

… loud alarm clock
Re: Something to wake me up
Soda? Pepsi'll energize you for a bit. Maybe try varying the tea....I find green tea will keep me awake. I recently tried white tea, which is nice. Chocolate?
Re: Something to wake me up
Morning jog followed by a quick cold blast in the shower.... that should do the trick.
Re: Something to wake me up
I read somewhere that an apple wakes you up just as much as coffee does. Someone I know tried and said that it worked.
other than that what maroush suggested.
Re: Something to wake me up
Freshly squeezed orange juice with ice.
A tall glass of ICED COFFEE - with cream. Scrummy.
Re: Something to wake me up
Grapefruit juice or orange juice or apple juice (freshly squeezed, or our of a carton if you're short of time) should work wonders as it will give you a sugar hit.
You also need to have some sort of protein as it will give you an energy boost - a cereal that has lots of nuts in it, eggs, cheese etc

Re: Something to wake me up
Zaiena , Cereals are fibre foods ... you get them in the market , they are hard to make at home .. like corn flakes etc etc ... and yes there are dozens of choices in cereals , some even come with dried fruits and various flavours ...
Niceusman , If you try camomile tea before going to bed , it will give you a relaxed sleep .. and in the morning have some Orange juice first thing in the morning ... It will keep freshen you up very quickly ... and avoid heavy breakfast ...

Yes, I did try Twinnings Camomile tea but it has only mild effect. Sometimes it is totally un-affective.
But thanks, thats a very useful suggestion for anyone looking for ways to fall asleep. Its natural and non-addictive.
