I was reading the posts of several people who are fighting on the issue of Shia and Sunni. It reminded me of a joke and I would like to share it with u, please dont move it to the jokes forum because though its a joke but it does relate to the issues being discussed in this forum.
Joke is in Urdu:
Jab qayyamat aa ja-ay gay gee aur saray nabi/Rasul apnee apnee Ummat kay saath Allah kay darbaar main khaday hoongay to … pehlay Hazrat Adam (AS) aa-ain gay aur Allah say kahain gay,
Ya Allah meree Ummat (tamaan insano ko mu’af kar day aur jannat main dakhil kar)
Pher issi tarah baqi nabi bhee Allah say darkhawst karain gay.
Phir Hazrat Moosa (AS) aur Allah say kahain gay keh keh meree ummat ko muaf karday aur issay jannat main dakhil kar-day. Allah Ta’ala Yahodiyoon ko jannat main dakhil karay gaa.
Phir Hazrat Eisa (AS) aur Allah say kahain gay keh keh meree ummat ko muaf karday aur issay jannat main dakhil kar-day. Allah Ta’ala christians ko jannat main dakhil karay gaa.
Jab Hazrat Muhammad (SWT) Allah say darkhawst karain gay to, peechay say ek Imam aagay aayay ga aur kahay gaa, Ya Allah ham Sunni sahih Musalmaan hain, hamain jannat main dakhil farma aur in Shia ko nahee, phir Shia Imam aa-ay ga aur yehee kahay gaa. Akhir main Allah Ta’ala kahay gaa, tum sab loge aisa karo pehlay dozakh main jao aur decide karo phir main decide karoon gaa, aur phir yeh sab loge hamaisha dozakh main rahain gay, kyon keh agar yeh dunya main decide nahee kar saktay to yeh kabhee bhee decide nahee kar saktay.
Its not about decision. The decision is clear from Allah. Sunnis are on the right path since they don't differentiate between sahaba in accepting some while rejecting others. Whoever helped Rasool Allah (sallalaho alaihe wasalam) in establishment of the deen and sacrificed his or her life, wealth and family is deemed worthy of respect and love. Yes, indeed there arose fitna later on as predicted by Rasool Allah (sallalaho alaihe wasalam) and the sahaba differed on certain issues, however we have absolutely no right to pass judgement on their character or decide if they were true or sincere in their faith. The life and sayings of Rasool Allah regarding the sahaba in general and the righteous caliphs in particular are enough for us to respect them for what they did. Rasool Allah (sallalaho alaihe wasalam) was divinely inspired and used to confide with hazrat Huzaifa (radhi Allah anho) about the munafiqeen. Almost all the major munafiqs of this ummah are known by the history and the pious sahaba are not in that list. It does not stand to reason that Allah will entrust this sacred trust into the hands of munafiqeen at the embryonic stage of Islam. Hazrat Abu-Bakar initiated Jihad against the murtadeen early on in his caliphate. The stories of justice during the times of hazrat Umar Ibnul-Khataab are rare in history books. Hazrat Uthman, notwithstanding the power and authority he commanded, did nothing to suppress the riot-mongers just so innocent muslims may not die on his account. The shias have concocted a lot of stories as well as a lot of ahadith to support their evil agenda. I am a sunni and subscribe to the ulema of deoband. Can a shia show me one statement from any of our shuyookh namely, molana Abdul Qasim Nanotwi (RA), Molana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi (RA), Molana Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA), Molana Khalil Ahmad Saharanpuri (RA), Molana Husain Ahmed Madani (RA) to name a few that blames any of the righteous caliphs. This must come from a authentic source printed and published by an independent publisher not having a slant. Otherwise, you can falsely attribute anything to them to suit your designs. If you can, I give you shias my word that I'll look into it. Alhamdollilah, in Houston we have recourse to books that expose the shia lies wide open. One such book available at the madrassah Islamiyah is known as "tuhfa-e-asna-ashari. It is in urdu. It deals with the shia hypocrisy at length. Anybody literate in urdu and living in Houston can contact my email to find out how to get it.
