1) It could be money.
2) They're attracted to the experience/maturity that older men have....which guys within their own age range lack.
3) Psychologically....they're looking for a "father-figure" in a relationship.

I think this is pretty much it.

I personally am not in favor of big age gaps but i guess it depends, if it works for some people good for them :bummer:.

I like mature men, not necessarily older but, well established mature men yes the reason I guess is- I enjoy conversation much more with these men and they can teach me alot.

my husband and I have almost 6years difference.. and I like it!! I don't know, cant figure.. but boys never attracted me...!! I always liked Manly look and my hubby is mashAllah dashing and has a manly look.. with arrogant face!! :D I like it!

I think its probably the looks. Some girls just cant digest the boy-ish looks and would rather go for manly aged ones.

Dont get me started on level of maturity thing!

It goes both ways, some older men prefer young girls too...and young not just in number but in personality. I find this equation quite interesting.

Personality as in the freshness of mind, adventurous attitude, fragility and the high spirit of youth. An excited and young partner helps to keep the older man feeling young and excited.

Much older men I have been attracted to are usually very well established doctors - its their status/power and confidence + looks which I am attracted to.

The mcsteamy and mcdreamy types for those who watch greys anatomy.

Call me weird but I never liked men who looked old, too manly. Like the boyish cuteness more thouhh. But maturity of mind is a turn on for me. :d
