I tried this in the morning and it worked (except now I remember, I left my mug in the car…)
Okay, you know those thermal coffee cups, the ones that are so fashionable to walk around with and drink watery coffee from at work?
Okay, well.
I sit down for breakfast only on days I try really hard to get out of bed on time. Usually, i just skip it and then I am angrily awaiting my lunch time. So this morning, I took one of those coffee cups, dumped some milk in…placed some cocopuffs in a ziploc bag, and actually made myself cereal in the car on the way to work and had my breakfast while i was driving.
Please feel free to share your ideas on how to promote bumhood.
The no breakfast thing has caused me so many problems in early morning rounds. While I learned, the doctors around me haven't. Practically every week I hear someone's stomach growling like crazy. Now I am afraid it is contagious, like a yawn, or something.
I almost did the cereal in the coffee mug thing but then it just looked so typically American to be eating in the car while driving to work/school. The traffic must've been really bad to allow you to spoon up ur cereal, or did u drink it?
I don't like to multi-task while i eat unless absolutely necessary, i.e. exam time.
I can’t live without breakfast, i wake up at 6:30 am, have my breakfast then leave for college at 7:00 am then most of the time i skip lunch and have something to eat in the office at 5ish then go home and have dinner at 9:00 pm. I like having breakfast, its my favourite meal of the day!.. plus, i tend to faint if i don’t have breakfast
I have to make time for breakfast, else I am disfunctional by 10am. I can wait to have my chai/coffee til I'm at work, but I need something in my stomach by 7am if I'm working.
