Re: Some sandwich recipes
HUNTER BEEF WITH EGG SANDWICH
Get "Roast cut" one piece (should be in shape of a small bread) (get from desi butcher)
Get Shaan Masala mix - follow directions - you have to roast in the oven for about 2-3 hours
This can be frozen or just refreidgerated and won't go bad for 2-3 weeks
To make the sanwich you need:
Hunter Beef
Egg
Mayo
Butter
White Bread
Oil
1. Fry the egg in a frying pan - the egg yolk should be completely cooked (put aside)
2. In frying pan, put a spoon of butter ( you can do this with PAM if you cur calories)
3. Thinely slice hunter beef and fry them on low heat in the frying pan with butter (put aside)
4. Take two pieces of white bread, brush on Oil on both side and warm them on the frying pan
5. put mayo on one side of each bread
6. Put the hunter beef and egg and the other toast
you are done! The sandwich is served piping hot so sometimes I have three frying pan going at the same time. But as a shortcut (you can microwave the egg and hunter beef - just before you are ready witht he bread)
THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IT TOOK ME WRITE THIS - I COULD HAVE MADE YOU ONE! :)

Enjoy!
Re: Some sandwich recipes
that recipe by njgal can be modified for variation.
add chicken salad with the fried egg instead of the hunter beef.
even chicken strips.
any kind of keema (lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp).
kababs.
turkey strips (al safa and zabiha halal--- these 2 are halal and readily available in NA)
get creative!`
Re: Some sandwich recipes
yeah I have seen few shops of al-safa in Monkville too.
