Some questions

Okay i have many questions regarding certain governmental and judicial aspects of Pakistan. The questions are VERY important, believe me on this. It’s not for studies or school, it’s extremely extremely important in a ‘real-life’ sense.

i’ll keep posting in this thread as i get the opportunity to articulate more questions. First one - what are the exact functions of the Cabinet Division?

  • The Cabinet Division has a complaints section (check their website). They say they process fee-payment complaints (if someone’s been overcharged by their electric company), and other types of complaints. Do breaches of judicial law fall under their jurisdiction?

  • IF so, do you have to be a Pakistani citizen to file a complaint under the Cabinet Division?

hmm quite some interesting and tough questions...i must admit my ignorance of these procedures...youre right one must be aware of this stuff...
i'll do some research and see what i find and post it.

Thank you Haris :flower1: :flower1: Very sweet of you, i appreciate it.

Anyone with information regarding the Cabinet Division? :teary1:

Yes (to the second question), plus you wont be able to get an electricity connection, or a telephone connection in the first place without giving them a copy of your national ID cards. If you mention the type of fee complaint you will be making, perhaps we can find out in greater detail.

Spock, Thank you so much for responding in this thread :flower1: i appreciate it.

Does the Cabinet Division process complaints of judicial breaches? The fee complaint was just one example but actually - that’s not the reason i opened this thread. It’s about something totally different, something along the lines of a judicial complaint. The person filing the complaint would have to be a Pakistani citizen, i take it? And that’s assuming before anything else, that the Cabinet Division even does process complaints of judicial breaches ?

I forwarded the text from your posts to someone who I am sure will be answer your queries, as I really am unsure. However, something tells me that they will go ahead and process it, since they do pay a little more attention to complaints coming from abroad.
