2) I'm not a guy. No one can make a woman get one, it is a personal decision. You can influence her, not make her.

4) One is a woman who is 26 and I have no respect for her. She is irresponsible and thinks an abortion is the answer to not using birth control for the MANY men she has relations with. She has had a total of 4 she has told me about. I am a neighbor of this person and this is the kind of thing she thinks is appropriate to share with me and I am not a friend of this person.
The other is a 15 yr old girl raped by a 29 yr old man. She was studying at a friends house and the girl's father's friend beat and raped her while the other's were outside . She was given a STD and a pregnancy. She had an abortion. I drove her and her mother to the clinic and back. I have so much respect for her strength for dealing with things she should not have had to think about in a perfect world.
4) As a personal choiceI would never get an abortion, my faith and my belief would stop me. Personally, it the wrong choice for me. Where I get conflicted is in the instance of a minor or any woman for that matter being raped and not having an option.
--- I think abortion is a personal choice of the woman. Just because I wouldn't doesn't mean I should condemn someone because they do or because they don't believe as I do. You never know about someone's life until you walk in their shoes.

Yes my Chinese girl-friend twice.
It’s simple, I referred it to the Chinese GF and asked if she wanted to have kids then lets get married and have kids, she was very career minded and we were young in early 20s (21 or22). So she decided no and I said thank god. Case Closed.
She did go on the pill casue I am Catholic when it comes to that.

Do I know anyone who got one? Yes. Me. My precious and very hard-won pregnancy failed....the baby died. Rather than waiting to expel it, I had an "abortion" so that I could try again sooner. This happened to me twice.
What do I (personally) feel abt abortion? I would never ever abort a miracle that I made with my beautiful hubby. Just couldnt do it, the gift of life is beyond miraculous esp when you love your partner so very much. But the option of choice is very important, very personal and should be left that way. Govt has no place in making these decisions for anyone.

With both of them it was either the mother or the child, so all I can say is that I was extremely sorry, the whole affair was truly terrible. I would want no one, not even my biggest enemy to experience what those mothers went through.
Only if the life of mother is in jeopardy.
If you are an adult, you need to be mature enough to deal with the consequences of your acts.
If you are a teenager then you should have actually listened in your sex-ed class rathen then napping through it; used a condom/taken the pill or practised abstinance.

one is about married couple, they forgot the pill thing. and has this done cause of career or they didnt want that.
I feel sorry for them. also they got punishment for Allah, they tried for 10 years for baby but wasnt successfull, until now recently they have to go for IVF twice. first one misscarried and 2nd one is a success.
the other couple i know are nor married, and guy was just passing time, girl was sincere though. but had to do it cause guy wasnt up for marriage and girl didnt want to get bad name. both are my friends but never told me i just found out.
and I think this was wrong too. if you do such things you should be responsible for it and have this baby. for me its like a murder.
one should realize this before going for this kind of acts.
Only if the women is raped!, or serious disformity predicted or dagner to mothers life during first 40 days only.

I just wanted you to realize....when a woman is pregnant with a fetus that dies, it can take months and months before everything is "expelled".....in some cases, ESP when the woman is over 30,, there is some tissue that remains. The woman cannot get pregnant again until she has an "abortion" (D&C) anyway. The "dead tissue" gets more stubborn as the woman ages. And even younger women suffer from this...it can get really nasty when the "dead tissue" gets infected (happens more often than you would think!) and can cause complete infertility.
It was a very sad chapter in my life...and it was hard to do but really the baby was never really a baby to begin with,,,,never had a chance. Having the D&C allowed me to go on so much more quickly.
So I now am blessed with my 3 sons...never would I judge anyone for going thru the procedure, it is SUCH a personal thing....no one except the wife and the husband should be involved in the decision. Inshallah you never will face such a situation. If you do though it is between you and your wife.
