Though there are some inconsistencies in the way PA is being moderated, I must give credit to TLK and the PA mods, teggy in particularly for giving due consideration to complains in a very professional way. There have been times in the past when feedback either went unnoticed or supressed, so that is certainly a positive change, kudos to you for that.
I hope you guys continue this trend, and other members of the team follow your example. PA is probably the hardest forum to moderate, and I appreciate the effort you make to do that.
Thank you jee for your kind words and we do try our best under very difficult conditions. The whole PA team is doing a wonderful job under the guidance of TLK and Teggy.
Thank you, Spock. Members’ understanding and cooperation is one half of our hardwork. The truth is the members and Administration are counterparts and for moderators to be successful in doing what they do, they need members’ support and understanding.
Your humble words go a long way to encourage the moderators to continue doing their work and facilitating an environment that allows for a vast range of opinions to be discussed. The credit is yours as much as the moderators. TLK is indeed an inspiration for us as a team.
You've been on the both side of the fence which makes you one of the best person to judge the weakness and strengths of both sides (mods and members) in a situation of conflicts or concerns. For that matter, any positive feedback coming from you means a lot to me and to the whole team.
Thanks everyone. The praise is to be spread out evenly and members are just as much a part of it, as is the GS team of moderators and administration. We’re all each other’s counterparts, and when there’s success the credit goes to us all collectively. Where there are flaws, we act on your suggestions and feedback and do our best to meet member requirements, and to help facilitate that is suitable for discussion purposes.
So thank you all for helping making GupShup a success, and continuing to contribute to it and strengthening this virtual community that we’re all a part of.
