DP, the lens I want is back-ordered so for this weekend I rented one. Its the Nikon 18-200 mm VR lens that we were talking about in the Bazaar section. I bought a smaller Sigma lens in the meantime so the camera doesn't just sit there. I also got the little remote shutter release as well. Still playing with all the features so hopefully quality of pics should get better.

Janwar, you should get one, specially with the remote shutter release you can take a lot more pics of your handsome self and of your tind too!

sweet. I had a remote shutter release aswell with my KM A200 but never used it :hehe: But it is very handy :k:
So how is the camera using it? I m getting one aswell hopefully soon. Either this one, or the 350D or the D50. Will check them out before I pick.

I think NK thinks thats you in the first picture :hehe:

It reallly was a tough decision. I went back and forth for months. But then that lens was what tipped me over
