Ok this is exactly how it happened :halo:
I was calling my insurance company in the other room. In the meanwhile she logged me out and signed in. She read the PM but kept the window open because she was >

I switched the window and tried to read the PM. She was like click on the image 
So I clicked on the image without reading the PM and once I understood, I was like I can’t believe he really took the screenshot and sent it to you
