What fabric is this prototype? and are the sleeves banarsi?

it is pin-tucked medium silk for the front,plain for the back and sleeves are banarsi chiffon.borders are atlas zari (the offwhite ones)

it is light yellow actually but can be made in any colour. this one is for 24000rs with 60" flair and heavy kaam on the front and sequins spray on dupatta and plain silk churidar/pants.
