I did this lehnga recently. It is for someone who’ll wear it to her sister’s wedding. She didnt want it to be over-done. We did HSY style (filled) borders on the lehnga with small motif spray on the front and back of it and borders on the pure banarsi shirt. Chiffon Banarsi dupatta with pure banarsi piping. for a different look, we did pure banarsi fabric lining (used for dupatta pipings and shirt) as a lining for lehnga-it is visible through the chiffon top and looks nice.
