Proto…the second pic that you posted is probably the closest that will come to the shade that I am looking for.

Now I just need to pick a design…problem is that I want chiffon or banarsi chiffon and I don’t know if the shade will remain consistent when the fabric is changed…

That depends what print for banarsi you choose. if it is close heavy banarsi, you’ll need to get a shade dark than emerald green so that it will give an effect of emerald green in the end.
