i have been living with some indian girls and saw that that some of their recipes are a bit different from our Pakistani recipes…This is just random stuff which you ladies can try, you might know of it already but I never saw anyone doing it in my family or friends famileis etc in Pakistan so its new to me and i thought i’d share here..

When goondhing aataa for parathay [not for chapatis] put some AAJWAAEN in it…

When cooking SAAG, grind the saag first…that makes it really creamy…

Put PANEER in saag and other vegetables…just cut some sasta wala desi paneer into cubes, fry it in some oil, and add to veggies…It tastes really good…
matar, paneer and aloo tastes really good, its a good combo… -
There is one dish I saw my friend make, it was really tasty and healthy…
Soak some KALAY CHANAY and SAABIT MOONGE kee daal in water for about 2 days [you’ll be surprised it doesnt go bad] and then don’t boil ir or anything but cut some tomatoes, onions, cucumber and dhanya patta in it, add some lemon and salt and mix,
its relaly tasty… -
put grated cucumber in raaita…

you can make paneer paratha…it tastes really good…
grate and fry the paneer first and then use as stuffing in paratha.. -
make a pulao of KAAJOO and KISHMISH..i think its some south indian dish…it tastes really good..

try using AAMCHOOR and ANAR DANA in ur veggies, brings a khatta khatta taste, its really good..
