well for one thing, mehndi is a sunnat when it comes to khizaab for guys.

Its good to use mehndi is summer becoz it has "Thanda Asar" It keeps ur Head and palms of ur hands and foot colder.

That works till the time the mehndi is on , once it is off and washed away that thanda asr goes away and that garam asr start to bother again.

the other day a client came to office who was a pakistani..he had mehindi on his toe nails and + he was wearing slippers...so the receptionist notice it and asked why did he had orange nail polish in his nails..

To mehndi kon si mehngi hai sir, Get a new box of Naaajo mehndi for only 35 rps i think ;).... and thanda asar is back.

Ive no idea what the whole mehndi deal is about...Ive seen it a couple of times though.

Someone told me years ago that the one long nail is used for drugs...I could be wrong and its very much possible I was told this just to see if I would believe it but thats what Ive heard.
