Pakistan v/s India
Sri Lanka v/s Australia
New Zealand v/s South Africa
West Indies v/s England
Zimbabwe v/s Bangladesh
Cant remember any other incident when all test playign nations were invovled. Ofcourse previuosly there were 9 so one had to sit idle those days
