Every time i wanna download software, the following sign comes up and stops me from downloading,:frowning: can someone please explain to me what im meant to do.

The message is:

**The Windows installer service could not be accessed, this can occur if you sre runnung windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. **

ok so how/where can i change the settings from safe mode? :konfused:

thnx ^^this sorted out my problem, if anyone is experiencing similar problems then click on one of the links above. should sort out the problem:)
