The first one is for a bigger framed person,size large. In America we have size Large for a large person and larger than that is known as extra large then 2x... The second one is for someone around 5'3 and 115 lbs or 5'4 125-130 lbs or 5'5 130-140 lbs

37 inches--chest
28 inches--waist
14 inches--shoulder
17 inches—sleeve length
17 inches—big arm
13 and a ½ inches—small arm (around wrist)
