i agree but i see hundreds others where insults are lobbed at fellow users in one form or the other. i feel people must not shun their decency when they log on GS**

so, lets make a covenant that we'll be respectful of other users of the forum and bring back the GS we all can be proud of :)**

Please report it if you haven't already, and I am sure the moderators will do what is best. Often you can reach a quicker resolution by PMing the forum moderators with a link.

Diwana, I will let Mods look into it but as CB said, I dont seeanything wrong in his statement. he is not saying that all Pakistanis are idiots. He is saying that amongst the biggest idiots in the world are some Pakistanis. There is a huge differrence.

Tlk, he has a point. The post by merc is missing the word "some". This word is added by you. His post, read it again, says pakistan is full of biggest idiots in the world.

It's a matter of semantics

The post which I raised question is quoted above as it was. This was a generalized comment saying country like Pakistan is full of biggest idiots in the world. And we all know that is not true and statement was made in complete error or emotion of hate.

No one should have the audacity to make comments like that. It needed editing or correction. I have PM'ed the moderator who started the thread.

I thought this was not allowed any longer. A while ago people used to write few unusual things too.

Anyhow, I would not have made a a big deal about if this was the only event.

This member has a habit of passing derogatory or sarcastic comments over Pakistan or other members. There are much much better ways to say things.

He can remember what he said about airport in Peshawar earlier in another thread sarcastically and I replied which made Mods removed the posts. Other time he suggested someone to not leave Pakistan,.. again in sarcastic/demeaning way.
