oh then you can easily lose 5lbs in a week, just take a meal a day, plenty of water to drink and plenty of running or any other good cardio exercise, and don’t forget to weigh yourself everyday.

i m trying my level best , no more sugar + alot of other things tht my nutritionist recommended me nt to eat
