Solar panel on roof top..anyone?

Re: Solar panel on roof top..anyone?

Good to know, may be further negotiable.

Not many roofs are shingles-over-shingles, but a good point nonetheless. Since you will not be paying anything for solar-panels I don’t think there should be any issue for getting it installed. SolarCity should know average time of home-ownership for a person/family is 7-8 years then they move-on. Besides, if the electricity is going to be cheaper for new-owners as well as the less-insurance due to solar-panel-company-having some insurance it might be more interesting. Though there may be very picky buyers who will stay away from solar-panel-roof-home just for the looks. I will also discuss with my home-owners-insurance to see how they look at getting solar-panels installations on roofs, whether they think its positive or they consider it as hazard.
