His actions seem legitimate to me. And please guys stop this nonsense against some1. I sometimes wonder if he is Pakistani.
Not even Waqar Younis, his action looks more similar to Shabbir Ahmed. It doesn't look completely clean, and that is me watching this video. Perhaps he is, perhaps he isn't. Even in regular motion, it appears as the jerk of the hand is visible to the naked eye without the replay.

Shabbir's action has a very visible kink, and he was bound to be pulled up. Not so with Sohail Khan. He may jerk the arm, but as long as their no bending and straightening of the elbow, it's all kosher.
