Yes, they don’t have systems analysts anymore.
Developers can do unit testing but they cannot do the tester’s full job. A developer thinks there are no more bugs, everything seems perfect and working to them but once it goes through tester’s, they keep raising ticket upon ticket. An Agile Methodology does require full process and people to do the task. It is good to have testers to get the result quicker and reliable.
