Hi techies. I’m not familiar with clouds but I heard a friend talking to somebody about cloud based document management system tool. She mentioned a solution. I’m thinking that it can help me in all the data processes in the office. My friend trusted this solution. Its a software for monitoring and controlling documents. However, I also need to know other options. Have you tried using a similar tool or software? What do you use to manage yours effectively? I read some reviews but I need more information from those who have tried as well.
Re: Software for document management
Ok you are talking very cloudy. What kinda 'help' in data processing? Why do you need software to monitor or control documents? is it legal business?
Basically any software coming from authentic vendor is fine. And cloud is fine too. You'll sign a contract with them either way that can safeguard your docs.
I dont use any software for this purpose but i'll check if business teams use it or no.
Re: Software for document management
a cloud based document management system could help you manage your files. it provides a framework for storing and organizing your electronic documents, which has advantages and disadvantages.
Re: Software for document management
Thanks for the replies. I actually think that considering the size of the company, manual document management is still workable. But he really wants to consider a document control system software since the business must safe keep invoices with a retention period of at least 5 years which is understandable on this part.
