I am a Lead Developer in a software house in US and have 10+ years of Project Management and Software Development experience. I am looking to make some extra money by working on nights/weekends. In fact for large scale projects, I do have a team of 4 developers (who can work nights/weekends) with the combine experience of more than 35 years.
