i have this problem running on XP. every time i install a new software it works until i use the computer after restart and the softwares give me an error that “we are sorry 4 the inconvience” and send the error report waala dabba. its mostly happening with picasa, hello, and google earth. surprisingly they all are associated with google but google talk works fine. i even had a clean install but it still didnt fix the problem. any suggestions?

If you can print the complete error message, or best if u print screen the error message & upload the GIF.
Then it might help more.

sami it could be a corrupt registry have yu scanned your registry ?
